1. Eligibility for Returns

Nomado accepts returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the fragile nature of our glass products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items used or washed

  • Clearance or final-sale items

3. Damaged or Broken Items Upon Arrival

If your product arrives broken, cracked, or damaged, we will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

To report damage:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Send clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging

Our support team will assist you immediately.

4. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, Nomado will:

  • Send a correct replacement, or

  • Offer a full refund

We may request photos to verify the issue.

5. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. We will provide return instructions.

  2. The item must be shipped back within 5 business days.

  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to Nomado’s error (wrong or defective item).

6. Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please note that banks and card issuers may take additional time to release the funds.

7. Exchanges

Nomado offers exchanges only for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items

  • Defective items

Exchanges for personal preference (color, style, size) are not available.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After the 12-hour window, orders may already be processed and shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors or building staff

  • Contact the courier for confirmation

Nomado is not responsible for stolen packages, but we will assist you in locating the shipment when possible.

10. Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Nomado fulfillment error

11. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Special Discount cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
